2. Scope of These Terms

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all purchases, access, and use of digital products and services offered by TradeChangers, including but not limited to:

• TradingView Pine Script strategies

• Source-code based trading algorithms

• Automation-ready strategies (e.g. compatible with TradersPost, PineConnector, MT4/MT5, Tradovate, etc.)

• Digital training materials, documentation, and community access related to these strategies

By purchasing or using any TradeChangers product, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

3. Nature of the Products

All products sold by TradeChangers are digital goods delivered electronically.

Key characteristics:

• Products include Pine Script source code

• Delivery is instant or near-instant after purchase

• No physical goods are shipped

• No trial or “test period” is provided unless explicitly stated

4. No Refund Policy (Digital Products)

Due to the nature of our products:

• All sales are final

• No refunds, chargebacks, or cancellations are possible after delivery

This policy applies because:

• The Pine Script source code is delivered

• Digital content cannot be “returned”

• Intellectual property is transferred for use immediately

By completing a purchase, you explicitly agree to waive any right to a refund.

5. License & Intellectual Property

5.1 Ownership

All Pine Script code, strategies, documentation, and related materials are:

• Copyright © TradeChangers

• Protected under intellectual property and copyright laws

TradeChangers retains full ownership of all code and materials.

5.2 License to the User

Upon purchase, the customer is granted:

• A non-exclusive

• Non-transferable

• Non-sublicensable

• Revocable

license to use the Pine Script code for personal or business trading purposes only.

The license allows:

• Viewing and editing the code for personal use

• Running the strategy on your own TradingView account(s)

• Connecting it to automation tools for your own trading

5.3 Prohibited Use (Strictly Not Allowed)

You may NOT:

• Resell the Pine Script code (modified or unmodified)

• Share the code with third parties

• Publish the code publicly or privately

• Offer the strategy as a paid or free product, signal service, or copy-trading system

• Claim ownership or authorship of the code

• Use the code for white-label, PLR, or redistribution purposes

Any violation results in immediate license termination and may lead to legal action.

6. Licensing & Access Control

• All strategies are licensed by TradeChangers

• License enforcement may include:

  • TradingView script access controls

  • License IDs

  • Access revocation in case of misuse or violation

TradeChangers reserves the right to disable access without refund if the Terms are breached.

7. Financial Disclaimer & Risk Warning

Trading involves substantial risk and is not suitable for everyone.

You acknowledge that:

• Past performance does not guarantee future results

• Trading strategies may experience losses

• You are solely responsible for your trading decisions, risk management, and account usage

TradeChangers:

• Does not provide financial, investment, or legal advice

• Is not a broker, fund manager, or financial advisor

• Makes no guarantees regarding profitability

Use of our strategies is entirely at your own risk.

8. Automation & Third-Party Tools

TradeChangers strategies may integrate with third-party platforms such as:

• TradingView

• TradersPost

• PineConnector

• MT4 / MT5

• Brokers, prop firms, or exchanges

TradeChangers is not responsible for:

• Downtime or failures of third-party platforms

• Execution differences, slippage, commissions, or latency

• Broker or prop-firm rule violations

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• TradeChangers shall not be liable for any direct or indirect losses

• Including but not limited to:

  • Financial losses

  • Lost profits

  • Missed opportunities

  • Technical failures

Total liability shall never exceed the amount paid for the product.

10. Account & Access Termination

TradeChangers reserves the right to:

• Suspend or terminate access

• Revoke licenses

• Remove community access

If:

• These Terms are violated

• Fraud, abuse, or misuse is suspected

No refunds will be issued in such cases.

11. Changes to the Terms

TradeChangers may update these Terms at any time.

• The most recent version will always be published on the website

• Continued use of products constitutes acceptance of updated Terms

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of:

Any disputes shall be exclusively submitted to the competent courts in The Netherlands.
